  • If you are having difficulties logging into your Pearson VUE account, refer to the Registration and Booking FAQs before contacting Pearson.

  • Rescheduling and Cancelling can be managed in your Pearson account.

  • Pearson do not answer general queries. Refer to the website for information.

  • Exceptions are not made to policies. Please do not contact Pearson requesting exemptions as they will not be able to assist you. Refer to the relevant policies on our website.

  • If you require advice, please email the UCAT ANZ Office well in advance of your test date.

  • You cannot book, cancel or reschedule a test by email.


TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS (DURING TESTING PERIOD)

Request an investigation into an incident within 1 day of your test. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident Investigation Request email form

Incidents take approximately 7 business days to be investigated.

  • All communications with the UCAT ANZ Office are by email.

  • Responses are provided Monday to Friday during AEST business hours.

  • Please provide your full name and UCAT ANZ ID number. There may be a delay answering your query if you do not include these details.

  • Candidates should email from their registered email address. We must have the candidate's express written consent for a third party (such as a parent, guardian or teacher) to correspond on their behalf. 

  • Due to the high volume of emails received around key deadlines and during the test window, it is advisable to read the website and FAQs for the answer to your question, particularly if it is urgent.
