TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS (DURING TESTING PERIOD)
Request an investigation into an incident within 1 day of your test. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident Investigation Request email form.
Incidents take approximately 7 business days to be investigated.
