UCAT ANZ Rescheduling and Cancelling
The information below may be subject to minor changes.
Cancelling a Test for a Refund
Tests can be cancelled for a refund by the cancellation deadline of 3 June 2022 (11:59pm AEST).
A refund fee of $50 will be deducted. The late fee is non-refundable.
To cancel the test, login to your Pearson VUE account.
If you miss the cancellation deadline of 3 June (11:59pm AEST), your test fee will not be refunded.
Rescheduling a Test
Tests can be rescheduled without charge as long as you give appropriate notice. If you miss the deadline for rescheduling, you will need to pay the test fee again to rebook.
You can reschedule your test through your Pearson VUE account up to 24 hours before your test appointment time.
If you miss the deadline for rescheduling for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. You must wait for your appointment status to change to a ‘no-show’ status (usually 24 hours). You will then be able to book another appointment at your own cost by calling Pearson VUE Customer Services.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of appointments. In some circumstances you may need to travel to another location if there are no available appointments at your preferred test location.
IMPORTANT - During the reschedule process, once you have selected a new appointment there are several more steps before your reschedule is confirmed. If you do not received an email confirming your reschedule you have not gone through all the necessary steps.
You cannot reschedule or cancel an appointment by email.
Rescheduling to another country
If you need to reschedule to a test centre in another country, please email the UCAT ANZ Office for assistance. Requests should be made with as much advance notice as possible and rescheduling is subject to the availability of appointments.
Missed tests (No-shows)
If you miss your test for any reason, the appointment will be recorded as a 'no-show' and you will not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.
This applies in cases of:
- Illness, family emergency, accident, arrest, transport problems and security alert as well as forgetfulness and lateness.
- Presenting inadequate or invalid identification.
You must wait for your appointment status to change to a ‘no-show’ status (usually 24 hours). You will then be able to book another appointment at your own cost by calling Pearson VUE Customer Services. These rules equally apply to candidates who have paid the concession fee. The standard test fee will be charged to book a new appointment.
