Important information

  • If you have already paid the full test fee you can still submit your concession application. When your concession has been approved you will need to contact Pearson VUE Customer Services and provide your voucher code for a partial refund. If you cancel and refund your full fee test yourself through your Pearson VUE account you will incur the refund fee ($50).
  • Concession applications are rejected for the following reasons:
    • incorrect evidence has been provided

    • the candidate is not named on the card
    • the files cannot be opened (accepted document formats: PDF, Word(.doc), JPEG and PNG)
    • the application has been submitted after the concession deadline
  • icloud and Yahoo email addresses tend to block the concession emails. If your registered email address is either of these, please use an alternative email in your concession application. If you have used either email address for your application and have not received the outcome of your application after 3 business days, please check your junk mail folder and email the UCAT ANZ Office if you cannot locate the email.
  • If you have submitted an application for Access Arrangements you must wait for the outcome before your test can be booked.
