Pearson VUE Customer Services are not able to provide information about UCAT ANZ 2025. Information about the 2025 test will be published on the UCAT ANZ website by December 2024. 

This email form is primarily for assistance with the following:

• Edit name on Pearson VUE account (upload ID/change of name certificate)
• Concession voucher refunds (provide your concession voucher code during registration period)
• Test Incident Investigation Requests (during test window)

There may be a delay dealing with your request if you do not complete all the fields or the information you provide does not match your account details.

Tests cannot be rescheduled or cancelled by email. Rescheduling and Cancelling can be managed through your Pearson VUE account.
