COVID related testing information

Test centres will operate in accordance with local government guidelines for COVID-19. Specific requirements will be updated on this page as necessary during testing so please check before your test date.

The current general health and safety practices at Pearson Professional Centres are given at the Pearson VUE COVID-19 Update page. Other (non Pearson Professional) test centres will be operating in accordance with local government guidelines and information regarding those centres is not provided at the Pearson VUE COVID Update page.

Do not attend the test centre if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. Follow current government guidelines and reschedule your test to a later date, after any mandatory self-isolation period.

The test can be rescheduled through your Pearson VUE account up to 24 hours before your test appointment time. The rescheduling deadline applies under all circumstances. If you are unwell and miss the deadline for rescheduling, you will not be eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. You must wait for your appointment status to change to a ‘no-show’ status and you will then be able to book another appointment at your own cost by calling Pearson VUE Customer Services.

Rescheduling and rebooking are subject to the availability of appointments. In some circumstances you may need to travel to another location if there are no available appointments at your preferred test location. If you require advice, please email the UCAT ANZ Office.

Please check our ‘fit to test’ policy on the Test Day page and the Rescheduling Policy.

OVERSEAS
Candidates sitting at overseas test centres should refer to the Pearson VUE COVID-19 Update page to check for any country specific guidelines related to Pearson Professional Centres. Please check for updated information before your test date as the details may be subject to changes in July and August. Facemasks are recommended at all test centres.
